Fix error when running "make distcheck"

Error message:
  make: *** No rule to make target `build-aux/acx_pthread.m4', needed by
  `distdir'.  Stop.

Macro acx_pthread.m4 was previously in build-aux subdirectory. It is now in
m4 subdirectory.
