Add missing udev bootscript for stage2

udev is now installed in its final destination, instead of /tools.
stage2/bootscripts/udev [new file with mode: 0755] blob
stage2/pkg/eudev diff | blob | history
Linux distribution based on LFS (Linux From Scratch) using shell scripts to automate the process.
