Simplify hwrev configuration

Uses new hwrev class in meta-dimonoff to simplify hwrev configuration
for swupdate and scripts.

The following variables are now automatically set by hwrev class:

    HWREV_LATEST
    HWREV_LATEST_NUM
    HWREV_PREFIX ?= "rev"
