Cleanup of autoconf files

Removed autogenerated files from config subdirectory

Removed src/Makefile.in from repository, and added this file to MAINTAINERCLEAN variable

Removed stamp-h1 from repository

Removed wmnotify.xpm from EXTRA_DIST in src/Makefile.am
